Alpine Wellness at Hotel Ciurnadú - Alta Badia

"Face to face" with the mountains are the Finnish sauna (dry room climate 80-90 ° C) and relax area.
As a supplement or as a gentle alternative for your well-being, we offer a bio sauna (herbal sauna with moderate temperature of 60-70 ° C) with hay and mountain flowers from the meadows of the area.
These are built with native wood of larch and spruce from our forest, processed traditional. The special charm of our oasis of well-being: large panoramic windows give the relaxation room and the finish sauna free view of the surrounding mountains. Here you can recharge your batteries - for where the lack of constant stimuli, the regeneration of body and mind begins. During the wintertime it is an absolute highlight after the sauna to jump into the fresh snow. During the summer, the sunbathing lawn invites you to sunbathe.
There is also a Jacuzzi on the lawn, embedded in the green and with a breathtaking view.

The alpine wellness area is open daily from 15:00 p.m. through 19:00 p.m.
Bathrobes can be borrowed at the reception for 5.00 Euro. The sauna area may only be used from the age of 16 years. The background is quite simple: guests that visit our little paradise, wish peace, relaxation and recreation.
