Our kitchen

Since three generations the members of our family manage the kitchen: Grandma Maria, mother Rita and now son Alex.

Our recipes are the same they used in the good old days. The ingredients are fresh from our garden and agriculture. The light scent of our wood-burning oven fills the air. Try all tastes of the truest Ladin tradition.
